TES us an acronym for Traumatic Event Systems. TES is a CTIP created model focused on Trauma Response. The TES training teaches proven methodologies for addressing the impact of trauma on individuals in schools, workplaces and communities. The TES model aims to break the trauma violence continuum, wherein violence causes trauma, which in turn can provoke future violence.
