This article will step through how to access online learning and log in via SSO to EdApp using your CTIP credentials.
Learners have the ability to use web browsers on laptops/desktops, tablet or mobile devices by logging in to www.ctipractices.com. (if necessary, visit the How do I Register? article) Optionally, learners can download the EdApp app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as seen in the screenshots below. You can click on the screenshots to go to the appropriate app store.
Logging into EdApp app should occur after you create your online account via the website CTIpractices.com, not before. Do not create an account through EdApp.
After download and install, you will be prompted with the screen below. Click the button on the bottom, "Log in via SSO."
You'll be asked what is the business ID. Type in:
CTIP
and hit Continue. This will redirect you to the CTI Practices login page. Log in using your CTI Practices credentials
Once you login you should see the loading screen below - once you tap this screen to continue you should see your courses.
