      Can I take a CTIP Foundations course if I am not VTRA trained?

      Yes, CTIP Foundations courses are available to all, regardless of VTRA training.

      CTIP Foundations augments but does not replace VTRA and TES trainings. If you have taken VTRA or TES trainings in the past, the Foundations Program is a good refresher.
